Before contacting us at 1-800-HITACHI regarding an in-warranty repair/replacement request, please verify that your projector model currently meets the coverage requirements specified in the applicable Limited Warranty.  For out-of-warranty repairs, you may wish to contact your nearest authorized Hitachi service center.
